This book is a freaking joke from the 70:s. About 10 years ago (before the grappling wave) the traditional martial arts where considered as self defence training, but nowadays the serious old styles consider themselfs as _traditional_ martial art. Don't buy this self defence crap, I have trained many different styles during 15 years and very few moves can actually be trained for self defence. And to actually kill or cripple an opponent is not this easy (thank god). Maybe if they stand still and you can prepare the blow for 5 minutes... Especially the last chapter in this comic strip: "street fighting applications" will defenetely get you killed within seconds, since most robbers will put a knife in you or simply shoot you.

dude, this is so lame. they just repeat the same pressure point attacks with different strikes. the scan is terrible and it looks like this book was written in the early 70's. don't download this rubbish.
