- I downloaded episode 4, but I can't open it, rename it, move it, or delete it... a message keeps popping up saying the file's open in another program (even happens in safe mode). When I try playing it, it crashes my media player. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

- I'm getting the exact same audio problem as irishmat pointed out below. When I burned Lost onto DVDs via Nero, the audio is out of sync. But the odd thing is, when I burn other movies (series/episodes, or movies), I do not get any audio synching problem like with Lost. So I tried burning Lost onto DVDs using ConvertXtoDVD instead, which did not give any audio problems, unlike with Nero. Any thoughts on why this is so? Thank you in advance.

- Im quite confused with Lost, Season 3 has been released on DVD in England, But i've searched the episode Descriptions Of Season 3, And they are the description of episodes i've already seen on Sky1 on tv months & months ago which they advertised as season 2, confused, anybody else noticed this?
- @15 and 14 - The reason the video is out of sync when you burn with Nero is that DivX and Xvid encode the video and audio as one chanel, so they run in sync. When you burn it with any sort of application it burns the audio and video as seperate channels, the problem occurs in that audio runs at a set speed and the video of DivX and Xvid are at a silly frame rate of 24.5fps which means... they eventually go further and further out of sync. Obviously the program you mention "ConvertXtoDVD" negotiates around the problem. What I'm currious about is wether or not it works on DVD players that don't have DivX compatibility. Though if it wasn't doing it in sync in the first place... suggests that you don't. My advice is get a DivX/Xvid compatable DVD player and then you can burn any of those formats and their variations onto a DVD using Nero or whatever as data, which means you can fit more episodes per a DVD... saves on money... Enjoy the explenation.

Firstly its rather annoying to scroll through looking for sensible comments about quality of the download, which is pretty much the point I would have thought. Second if I finish a download why would I log back in and read these 'seeeeeeeed plz' comments anyway? Do you expect people to think 'oh right, numb_nuts in Tampa needs me to seed so I had better get right on it' Think before you clog up the comments with your drivel And yes I am aware of the ironic nature of this post
- well said, people dont read your seed plz comments, because once they have the download, they either seed or they dont, its up to them. if they dont, tough luck, telling them to seed on the comments section is a waste of time
- everyone should atleast seed for the same amount of time it took you to download, suwe can pay it forward, and the torrent would always be healthy.
- Took me a loooooooong time to download this, I'm uploading currenlty at 2MBPS (THATS RIGHT 2 MEGA BYTES PER SECOND), so should help - (I'm uploading from work). Havn't watched it yet - but will do!

- I downloaded episode 4, but I can't open it, rename it, move it, or delete it... a message keeps popping up saying the file's open in another program (even happens in safe mode). When I try playing it, it crashes my media player. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

- O.K. I just finished downloading http://www.mininova.org/tor/720376 in it's entirety. This one is just too large for me to mess with. The only advantage I see to this one is: Raw file can be played either on PC with common media players or on DIVX capable DVD players. The other needs to be converted first, before watching anywhere. According to comments posted, "NERO" will not do this. You need "ConvertX to DVD." So, like I said,if you are a newb, this download is your safest bet. (although it may take years) The other is a lot faster, but you still have to aquire another app. + wait for it to convert file. I guess it really just depends on your needs and/or resources. Later

- I'm getting the exact same audio problem as irishmat pointed out below. When I burned Lost onto DVDs via Nero, the audio is out of sync. But the odd thing is, when I burn other movies (series/episodes, or movies), I do not get any audio synching problem like with Lost. So I tried burning Lost onto DVDs using ConvertXtoDVD instead, which did not give any audio problems, unlike with Nero. Any thoughts on why this is so? Thank you in advance.

- @15 and 14 - The reason the video is out of sync when you burn with Nero is that DivX and Xvid encode the video and audio as one chanel, so they run in sync. When you burn it with any sort of application it burns the audio and video as seperate channels, the problem occurs in that audio runs at a set speed and the video of DivX and Xvid are at a silly frame rate of 24.5fps which means... they eventually go further and further out of sync. Obviously the program you mention "ConvertXtoDVD" negotiates around the problem. What I'm currious about is wether or not it works on DVD players that don't have DivX compatibility. Though if it wasn't doing it in sync in the first place... suggests that you don't. My advice is get a DivX/Xvid compatable DVD player and then you can burn any of those formats and their variations onto a DVD using Nero or whatever as data, which means you can fit more episodes per a DVD... saves on money... Enjoy the explenation.
