    for everyone having trouble with the Win98 theme.....
    apply the skin u want twice and then restart ur PC it worked for me

    I get the windows 98 problem too and restarting doesn't help either. I'm just gona uninstall it and use another torrent. What a bloody waste of time!
    By the way, do u other people using vista get the problem of it not restarting properly? When I try, it just goes black and doesn't turn off or anything, and I have to press the restart button on the front of my pc.
    If you're planning on getting windows vista... get a mac instead!
