OK, I had no problems until I got to the 7th step. I mounted the .mds file again, but there aren't any .bik video files under the data files list, just the 3 master files. Apparently you can't play the game until you copy the .bik files from the CD to the directory. Where are the .bik files that are supposed to be on the CD?

1. make sure u mount the morrowind.mds file 2. i dont know. there are 4 folders on the morrowind cd. crack, CSInstall, RECYCLER and Video. and in the video folder there are 6 files. i mount the image, check the directory and can see them so im not too sure what ur doing wrong. i haven't encountered anyone else having this problem so it could be something to do with ur computer. i dont know im no expert. u can still play the game without copying these files. u just get a mesage when u run the program and u click ok (or cancel i cant remember)and it goes to the game.

OK, after some time having trouble with this torrent, I finally made it to work. So happy, thanks a lot to the uploader. I already had the Morrowind game, without expansions. I thought I could save time downloading only the expansions and crack .exe, but none of them worked. So I gave up and downloaded everything again, morrowind and all, followed the instructions >>>without skipping or changing one single step<<<, and it DID work. So, don't waste time trying to make it work your way. Download it all, do everything that is written on instructions and it will work. As for the others who install it all and can't "see" tribunal and bloodmoon... (SIGH) After installing the expansions (and considering you didn't delete your save files, right?), just load the game and take a look at your map. There will be a misterious new island to the north. Period.

You don't have to mount the Morrowind.MDS file again unless you unmounted it after you installed the game. Just a note..........the Video Files folder in the game directory is located in the Data Files folder. Thanks for the upload!

I haven't been able to play this since my x-box died on me, thanks to the uploader. there was a slight hang at first, but the game loaded and plays great and I've already seen the effects of the expansions before taking on a single quest.

boris 2008, first, make sure you transferred all the BIK files from the Video folder in the Morrowind.MDS image file (as per the instructions) to the Video Folder located in the game directory. If you've done that, you should make sure that you copied the BIK files INTO the Video Folder and not just into the game directory. If the BIK files are not inside the Video Folder itself, you will get the error message that you received. By the way, the Video Files folder in the game directory is located in the Data Files folder, so left-click the Data Files folder, then left-click the Video Files folder, THEN transfer the BIK files into the folder. That should solve your problem. Good Luck!

I did everything in you instructions but the expansions don't seem to work. I never played morrowind so i don't know what it looks like without them, but i think that with the expansions, you don't start in a boat as a prisonner. When i start the game, there's a window that appear and then i must clic play to start the game. On that window, there is writed: elder scrolls: morrowind, bloodmoon and tribunal. I,m confused now, are the expansions working or not?

for none_oh and gerlougir i was having the same problem until i relized that i need to use the crack from the downloaded file not the one off the disk. just over-write the .exe in the game directory with the one that already in the downloaded file and it works just fine. ~tip for the uploader. two cracks get confusing and cause problems.

hmmm, this is my first time downloading a pc game for windows, ive only downloaded final fantsay 7 for mac and i had a hella time getting it to work and when i finally did get it to work i got all the way to the part where ur riding the motorcycle and u come up to the boss part and BAM it goes black sooo i hope i dont have the same experience

what program are you using to mount the image, and what does the warning say? i used daemon tools v3.47 and had no problems.

for anyone with trouble finding the .bik files in the 'cd', you have to find them manually if you are using daemon tools, you will have four drives, J:, K:, L: and M: depending where you mounted your MORROWIND.mds, you simply type the drive into the address bar

this works perfectly if you follow the steps. This was my first time mounting an image and i had no problems. It seems everybody has trouble with step 7. What you need to do is go to "My Computer" and right click explore the drive that Morrowind is mounted to. Copy the entire video folder from there to your own Morrowind folder (wherever it may be installed) and then you are good to go. Thanks!!!!!

guys if you want to find the video folder do what i did, go to my computer and then click folders, it will then show you a side box of all the folders, go to the one that is morrowind's and then it should show you everything inside the disc, including the video folder

haha, i thanked myself.. ok lots of different problems, just want to say that i didnt make any of the files or cd's. i gathered them all from different places and put them all neatly in the one torrent. the instructions i wrote was what i did on my machine and it worked without any hitches. but everyone has different specs so there's bound to be some different results. some points to note with the instructions: A) you MUST install the cd's in this order: 1- morrowind, 2- tribunal, 3- bloodmoon. and then run the v1.6 patch update. B) use the crack file (morrowind.exe) that was in THIS torrent folder, NOT the one that is on the morrowind.mds image file. C) some ppl had trouble finding the video folder with the .bik files. If you mount the morrowind.MDS image, and then open windows explorer to search the image, u should find it (on my system it is J:\) but this will vary depending on how many hard drives and partitions u have. i hope this helps

@mchelo18--nope i disagreed,it still worked! I have already The Morrowind without any expansions, then I downloaded the expansions here and the patch,etc..Then Follow instructions and it worked! Hmm for those who want to play bloodmoon, try leveling about level 15 up...hmmm as far as i can remember i went there my level is 18-19 it's difficult there! lot of mobs By the way, this torrents rocks, better than oblivion...JUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and USE YOUR HEAD...Cheers
