Hm, Axxo, downnload speed of your torrents is really slow, sometimes it's a pain to download file larger than 700MB... Have you ever thought about starting your own tracker with certain rules (eg. ratio at least 1.0)? Many people here are hit-and-runners and that's really a shame in the bittorrent world. Or maybe if Mininova applied some rules for certain torrents

!!ELVISH ONLY SUBS HERE IS HOW!! subscene <dot> com search movie under english, firefly777 (author)has all three movies working for axxo ELVISH ONLY ones available from him as well. download then make it same name as movie clip files with .srt at end, rename movie clip files just add .avi at end. Window media player 11, will work, just go to tools>options>DVD>advanced>subtitle (MARK X box) for subtitle> mark X for Heuristic Search> correct search in for ALL subs (not just that one). If you have a movie folder just pick that and put subtitles with each movie's sub folder. APPLY Do that and you'll be good. Jadey

Don't know what aXXo use but the following programs will get a DvD to around 700mb! Ashampoo Movie Shrink & Burn 2 or Auto GK either way takes a life time though!!!

OK I just tried DVD Fab Platinum and it is the best I have used so far, Ripped a 4.7 gig DVD to a 765mb Avi AC3 divX and it only took 35 minutes!!! Auto GK takes 5 hours, DVD Fab also does MP4s for Ipods & PSPs!!! It played back perfect too no sync issues!

Awesome torrent as always.... with ONE drawback that annoyed the hell outta me... The problem is if you want to merge the two avi files. Usually, that goes smooth, but with these two it didn't. It seems the two files have different sampling rates which causes the problem. I solved it though - Found a guide over at AfterDawn. -> http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/309635 Hope this helps someone. :-) Was really annoying. But, then again, I'm not really computer savvy. ;-) -NLSblp

i have downloaded this movie but didnt able to play it.in any mediaplayer .. i have downloeded dozen of axxo'd movie. i have never through that type of problem .. even MPC says couldnt render the media file .. also tried VLC player .. all other movie from axxo plaing great .. anyone else havin that provblem ?

as to post 33. you're right one cd1 is at 48k and cd2 is 44.1k kind of a pain when trying to append the 2 segments but even after reencoding the audio from both cd's to 48k then rejoining the audio and video for each cd, after joining the cd's together with the 48k sample rate the entire 2nd half of the movie keeps ending up out of sync with the audio about 3 seconds early. the odd thing is the first half is synced fine?

Hasnt anyone noticed that the opening credits arent in english? although it is of course of wonderful and clear quality, a heads up that I'd be watching 'El Senor de los Anillos' woulda been nice. So if there were elvish subtitles I'd suspect ya'd need to brush up on your spanish

aXXo plsssssss upload LOTR-1 extended version again. God knows how many software I tried to merge the 2 files in vain! Both upload versions the one without the subtitles and the other which has, I've downloaded them both, but unfortunately they cannot be merged. No english subtitles for Elvish parts, and when it shows the actual title of the movie it's written in spanish (it says "el senor de los anillos&quot, although all the other opening and closing credits are in english. Video quality is pretty good considering how long the movie is and fit onto 2 CDs. Sorry but the spanish title ruins it for me, I'll look for another version. (btw all 3 from axxo are the same as this, ie. spanish title, no english subtitles).

Hi peeeps! I d'lded this version and also another form aXXo's which had .srt file (subtitles) but unfortunately both versions, having 2 files, could not be joined to make 1 long avi file. I never had this kind of problem, even after using the same AVI MPEG RM WMV joiner for both the other LOTR movies. If anyone of you have managed to join these 2 files, kindly share what program you used to merge them. As I've tried 3 or 4 types in vain. It could be these files have been slightly ripped wrongly or I have something wrong on my system, but I doubt that since I never had such problems. Let me know anyone! Tnx to aXXo too

as with posts 33 & 35 the 2 files have different formats. CD1 data rate is 9kbps while that of CD2 is different and reads 104kbps, so when tried to join it gives errors. Shame!

Only detracts from your viewing pleasure for 2seconds :P Also, looking for some decent subs for this. The ones i've tried so far are english AND elvish .. as in, watch entire movie with subs or without. What i'm looking for are the elvish only subs.
