 Its’ 1949, Los Angeles. A cruel and unscrupulous boss of the crime group from Brooklyn  rules the city with a heavy hand. His name is Mickey Cohen and he makes his money by selling the drugs, guns and keeping the prostitutes. He plans to enslave and rule the whole city and if everything goes as he plans not a single dirty mouse would be able to make a peep sound without Mickey’s approval. His squad consisting of first class thugs supports his authority; however, this is not enough for him to feel safe, so he has the police and the politicians on the rope. He managed to intimidate the entire city and even the bravest citizens and cops don’t have the guts to oppose his rule. However, a small police department headed by Sergeant John O’Mara and Jerry Wooters unit their efforts to destroy Cohen’s criminal world.
