one thing i know will frezze u everytime is when you shoot rapied fire rockets
dont spwan on unlimited clip before you spawn your guns or you will frezze every time.
also dont put on multi script mods at once or you will freezy my shezzy.

T = Clear current traffic and change traffic flow between none to extremely high
