On the streets of the city there are hosted gangs of "skinheads". In areas under their control the police don’t risk to visit. The peaceful inhabitants create their anti gang. But having no experience in brutal disassembly, it is invited a brave veteran of the Iraq war - Bryant, who recently returned from the army. Quite disappointed in civic life and overwhelmed by the desire to change its unjust principles, Bryant is taken temper of beginners. With the help of fanatic and sadistic methods techniques he succeeds, making of ordinary people "street soldiers". But it soon becomes clear that the new defenders of justice themselves are held hostage to violence. Willingness and ability to do violence is the most terrible trap... Screenwriter and director tried to discover the essence of the psychology of ordinary people who decided to organize a kind of "death squad" and bring order to the streets of London: to destroy the drug, revenge, to intimidate street robbers and in the same spirit. The film's director Nick Love wrote a script based on the facts of the newspaper stories. Most of the incidents, shown in the film, are happened in reality.
