An employee of the Office of Narcotics has not complains on everything. He has everything: great job, a loving wife and small child. In short, no life, and the American dream that one day turns into worst nightmare: a psychopath kills his family. From now, Max has only one purpose - revenge. But revenge is complicated by the fact that he was unjustly accused of murder, and all and sundry, begin to hunt him - Police Department of New York, the criminal world and the city authorities. Now he has really nothing to lose and nothing to fear. At such desperate determination only Max Payne is able to shed light on the mysteries associated with the murdering of his family, and most importantly, get the satisfaction of revenge, which he so craves. Surprisingly, the game has not so attractive gameplay and graphics, but the plot and atmosphere. Frequent saver in the form of comics, actors, sound - all of it made through the game again and again. But we are not about the game. This is a movie, and we should admit, a great movie. The plot of film is the same as in the first part of the same game.
