Abode in a rented apartment in San Francisco and started to put things in order there, David unexpectedly meets his new home an attractive young woman, Elizabeth, who assures him that she is the owner of these apartments. As the two try to figure out the true cause of what is happening, David and Elizabeth fall in love. However, the prospects for their life together are becoming more and more elusive. It is not vulgar, light, romantic, and interesting comedy. Very funny to watch the main characters, their relationships, which gradually grow from cold to warm.
