Especially that one intends to become the mayor and the other is experiencing romantic attraction to Gotham hero. "Batman Returns" is not a psychological masterpiece of Bergman and Tarkovsky science fiction. It is a comics, which should be evaluated as comics, other words - purely entertaining movie. And it turned out pretty good! This film has everything that needs a good movie about superhero: an interesting plot, colorful characters, special effects. The atmosphere is just adorable in the picture: Tim Burton has given his TV series a fabulous background, which makes the film interesting for viewers of all ages. The film is very simple, but at the same time, very high quality. Tim Burton meets great taste of a mass audience in "Batman Returns", creating a great TV series for family viewing. Should I write about this movie more? Of course not, it does not need this!
