Simon Ballester, a former intelligence agent, is eager to find the killer of his son, who was senselessly murdered in the center of begging absorbed city. When Ballester learns that the killers are going to consider the case closed, he decides to take action. Soon after, he moved to the area where he was killed by his son, to investigate the murder and find the killer. Simon immediately is making enemies in the face of local groups and becomes the target of violence. “Urban Justice" is filmed in the style of the earliest paintings by Steven Seagal, although the atmosphere is transferred to the film and the pleasure derived when watching are not the same. It is not Segal, although he is certainly not young, just those times have passed. The story takes place in one of the poor and disadvantaged areas of the city, where there is unfolding war between two rival gangs. As a result, one of the gang wars killed a young detective. Evidence and little chance of finding the offender virtually zero. However, the killer still do not know that the killed young police officer was the son of a former secret service agent Simon Ballester (Steven Seagal). Simon decides to investigate the matter. He will turn all the city's slums, put all in the ears, will fill the streets with corpses, end up being a lot of trouble from local bands, but eventually gets to the truth and find the murderer of his son.
