The movie "The Vampire’s Assistant" (Cirque de Freak) is about an ordinary schoolboys Darren Shene and Steve, who by various tricks get to the "Circus of Freaks". It's a great fun, which appeared recently in a provincial town, and get tickets for which is almost impossible. But if tickets are found by their owners, they will witness the most extraordinary freaks, the real werewolf and a bearded lady. "The Vampire’s Assistant" impresses others of its sincere naivety and stupidity, which is clearly seen for talent. Talent of screenwriters, actors and director. So well mixed genre of fantasy, horror, adventure and comedy that the entire list can be added and the genre of family films (and personally I would have added, but unfortunately hinders rating), given not everyone or anyone. This is the way should look healthy gibing over film genres. Very funny movie, without cynicism and aggression. Something like that and I was expecting from the "Jennifer’s Body" but alas, did not. But "The Vampire Assistant" has met all the expectations ... it is even surpassed them.
