Queer as Folk Season 1

The action takes place in a typical American town of Pittsburgh. This is not Hollywood, this is not San Francisco and Greenwich Village (areas densely populated by gay men in the U.S.) - a typical American city, i.e., its residents - and the characters in the film, respectively - are typical Americans. Three main characters - Brian, wealth, well-earning 29-year-old guy, handsome, enjoying the fact that he was all ready to surrender, self-confident and brash. Michael - his friend - a good and hopelessly in love with Brian, and Justin - 17-year-old guy in the first series, Brian deflower, and who also falls in love with Brian. And the rest of the series - the life and adventures of these three guys and their many friends and girlfriends... In five seasons fit an encyclopedia of modern life. We can know ourselves or our friends or relatives in one of the characters in the series, see a situation which is more or less similar to what you personally seen or experienced by yourself. You empathize with the heroes, rejoice and grieve with them, almost starting to believe them, just like this - thanks largely to a superb cast and a delightful script.
