I've got a problem, when I want to run it after installing, a little screen tells me that this version of Aperture is not for my mac. I've got an Intel Mac with MAC OS X 10.5.6.... My mac is less than a half year.........Sorry about my english.

I downloaded this and installed it and than tried to open it. It says i don't meet the requirements for this program. so i went to the site to check out the requirements and i got them all beet i got a mac book pro 5" intel rose chip. 4 gigs of ram, 2.4 dual core chips, nvidia 8700 256mb graphic card...the requiremtns read way less than my specs...any clue?

Works just as well by downloading the Trial version from the MAC site then using the serial provided above: D-337-MDH-151-QGO-343-ETN-170-RBD-TYJ. Saves you the whole complicated process of downloading, Serial 1, update, Serial 2, etc. Just wouldn't suggest using your real name to register. :-)

I have a different problem - after downloading, installing and following the instructions above I then have to use my Apple ID to install the update.Use the above serial and it comes back with 'you have already downloaded your update.' (1.5.3) Anyway round this?

Ok I found a fix for all the problems and it works Install the software and then run the update to get the latest version (As of writing this its version 1.5.2) When it askes you again for the serial use this one: D-337-MDH-151-QGO-343-ETN-170-RBD-TYJ Once you enter it the program works and does not have the hardware requirements problem either. It will ask you to register but don't. Apperently Apple's legal team is cracking down on software piracy. Hope this helps!!!

Hi, I tried to proceed as comment 19 but got stuck when I tried to download 1.5.6 from Apple site. It asked for the serial no of my software and when I used D-366-LQJ-151-QGO-261-KPD-170-RPU-MAC, as I suspected, it failed. So now I am stuck with this version which says my system requirements are not enough.... How can I obtain an update to fix this problem ?? Thanks a bunch...

After the 1.5.6 update use the 2nd serial in comment #19, as opposed to the first serial you used when installing the torrent version of Aperture. Torrent version serial: D-366-LQJ-151-QGO-261-KPD-170-RPU-MAC Version 1.5.4/1.5.6 Update serial: D-337-MDH-151-QGO-343-ETN-170-RBD-TYJ Hope that works

1. download the torrent 2. double click the torrent to start downloading the .dmg file 2. once downloaded, double click the .dmg file (shouldn't need to use ISO buster) 3. double click the aperture or install aperture icon 4. a window will open with read me and other files. double click the aperture icon in the middle 5. when prompted, enter this serial: D-366-LQJ-151-QGO-261-KPD-170-RPU-MAC 6. after installation, launch aperture. if it tells you you don't meet minimum requirements, quit aperture. 7. click apple --> Software Update . . . 8. Software Update should find the newest Aperture version: 1.5.4. Download it. 9. Launch Aperture again 10. when prompted, enter this serial: D-337-MDH-151-QGO-343-ETN-170-RBD-TYJ that should work. these tips are based on comment 7, above.
