The film "Solomon Kane" is fantasy-thriller based on a story writer Robert Irwin Howard, published in 1928. The film is set in the early 17th century. The protagonist of the film, Solomon Kane, a former mercenary who took part in the fighting in North Africa, returned to England. Kane wants to atone for his sins, for which he was cursed by the devil, and this has vowed to do only good deeds and not to cause anyone harm. But the circumstances go other way and the main hero of the film "Solomon Kane" is forced to defend weak - his new acquaintances, peaceful settlers, intending to go to the New World, nearly all killed by angry soldiers, who sold soul to the devil. In the living is only Meredith, a young girl abducted by soldiers. Once again, holding guns, Solomon Kane is sent to her aid. In this film the main character - Solomon Kane early in the film appears to us a bloodthirsty murderer, and, meeting the devil envoy, he realizes that he did not live the right way, and the only way to salvation is faith.
