Their 2 best albums. Superb they are, indeed! But if it's true the guys were heorin abusers during the sessions it kind of takes some of the pleasure out of the listening. Don't forget that Spirit of Eden is available as perfect stereo SACD as well. The quiet and simultaneously intense despair is accompanied by the calmness and stability of the DSD sound.

Quite an idiotic way of describing these albums, as they have nothing at all to do with heroin other than that the anti-heroin song 'I Believe In You' is on "Spirit of Eden". There were many rumours about heroin addiction and some mention of spending time in a rehab, but all that had gone when sessions for "Eden", or even "Colour of Spring" started. All had cleaned up their act for however they needed cleaning up and some of them had become fathers. It just doesn't make sense to promote these two really great albums as "the 2 Heroin albums' other than if maybe the uploader thinks this is just really really cool. ("I wrote down Heroin! LOL") It very much is some sort of pathetic put down that is totally unwarrented.
