He's dead, but promised to come back! “Crank: High Voltage” film begins with the end of the first part of the blockbuster. After his fall from a flying helicopter on the roof of the car, Chelios wakes up in hospital. Chev learns that instead of his heart is a mechanical device that helps him live. The new heart has one disadvantage - the charge lasts for one hour, in consequence of which the hero will have to run to the crazy rhythm of the city in search of a new "charge". No miracle, but thanks to modern medical technologies Chev Chelios gets a new heart and a new chance to take revenge on his enemies.
