@wewex Found the iPod Touch 3.0 OS for 1st Gen Touch here: http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/4960511/iPod_Touch_OS_3.0_(1st_gen) I'm d/ling right now, will comment if it works or not, but supposedly the guy bought it off of iTunes and decided to share with the world.

1) search the net for a file called iPod2_1_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw 2) From iTunes, select your iPod on the left. 3) Hold down SHIFT and click "update" at the same time. This will prompt you with an open file dialog. Navigate to where you saved the file and hit OK. 4) Wait for itunes to do the rest. This was confirmed on a stock OS 2.2.1 iPod without issue.

u can restore ur iPhone with it...it's faster to download the use iTunes.... use shift+click in restore button to restore it!!
