Perth man Brendon OâConnell has been charged under racial vilification laws for simply expressing his conscience and telling a few uncomfortable truths of how certain shops belonging to the âIndependent Grocers of Australiaâ (IGA) chain were/are selling Jaffa oranges imported from Israel then falsely labeled as âAustralian Produceâ or âAustralian Grownâ.
Brendon OâConnell had gone along to the IGA store in Perth to document this blatant deception that is sickening in the extreme considering that the offending fruit has originated from land that was stolen from their legitimate and rightful owners, namely the Palestinians and as such the fruit had been âbeen watered by the blood of the Palestinian peopleâ, not to mention the affects that this kind of underhand business practice has on true Australian fruit growers.
It was while Brendon was filming and demonstrating how the labels had been changed when he noticed that two young men had been taking photographs of him at a distance. Brendon confronted the two young men and enquired as to why they would be taking photos of him without his knowledge or consent and in the video below produced by Brendon we clearly see what ensued as a result.
It was opposition Multicultural Interests spokesman John Hyde who "alerted" police (dobbed Brendon in), Jewish community leaders and the Ethnic Communities Council of WA about the videos then praised WA Police for using the anti-vilification laws to lay the charges.
Hyde said that "Members of the multicultural community can take comfort in the knowledge that this alleged race hate crime will now go before the courts,â Mr Hyde said.
The Jews a "race"? That is as absurd as saying that the Christians are a race or the Muslims are a race!
Unfortunately it gets beyond absurd because what has followed is a campaign of smear against Brendon with Jewish groups and individuals ensuring that his video was totally removed from both YouTube, Google and, in fact, every trace of it was removed from the internet except for the "Jewish Edit" of Brendon's video that was cut and edited in such a way as to deliberately portray Brendon as some kind of Death Cult member hell bent of annihilating the Jews. This very nasty piece of Jewish manipulation is seen in this video. It should be noted that whilst our attempts to upload Brendon O'Connell's video to YouTube as always been blocked or fails the owner and operator of this website:
