I've just checked this after downloading it. It is definitely Episode 21 of the series (I double checked the episode description on wikipedia. Quality and sound are fine.

This movie has a couple of corrupt sections in it where the video drops out for a couple of seconds to resynchronise with the audio. Other than that it's good.

@20, in fact all four of this episodes 17 May 09 releases and 350.04MB size are identical with the exact same few minor video glitches visible as a few seconds of pixellation here and there. However, it is not bad enough to spoil viewing and is only really a problem if you are after a top quality version for archiving.
