Better to borrow from local library. Unless my latest update to Adobe Reader 9 did not work for THIS PDF alone, it is not worth downloading, sorry. ONLY the cover page is in color. MOST of the pages in the original was in color, and some of the color items did NOT scam into this file. Hence you have pages with lots of words missing and/or images that are half or mostly not appearing. Also similar colored items in the images all blend together as a mass dark image. The text for the most part is okay, with about 5 or 6 words missing per page. This file is GREAT to download and check out if your interested in purchasing your own copy of the book (which is what ya'll are doing, right? *W*). Other wise use and support your local library. Sorry guys.

In spite of the negative comment on this upload, I dwlded it anyway because it is malestrom. This pdf is fine. It's not full color but everything else is great. It perfect, searchable text and scanned photos. don't know what this guy is talking about or why he would BS about a simple pdf.

the PDF isnt in color but thats not such a tradegy IMO. It still has good, up-to-date information and its easy to navigate. Library books are good and all but you have to go through the trouble of first getting them, then returning or extending them when their dates are expired...with Ebooks you pretty much own them

Quad... Your telling me that EVERY page is perfect with NO words missing? your full of it if so. I am not against anyone downloading. I have a few many dozen ebooks & pdf's of my own. I was only stating fact.. the description said full color, only the front cover is in color in this PDF. All of the internal pages are B&W with with text and image loss do to the scanner being blind to a few colors. If your reading this and haven't downloaded yet. do so..and be your own judge.. then come back here and tell me how many pages are 100% text complete VS the pages with words missing? The images that were in color, with the scanned colors blending or not appearing.. half or most are not FULLY readable/viewable. note FULLY. IT IS NOT PERFECT. And yes, Libraries can be a hassle, and they don't carry every book. But it is a great place to browse at titles that you hadn't thought about lookn for. As Marfang implied.. I was only giving clean clear cut facts. I was NOT bashing anyone or anything. Thanks

I wish I could delete my comment but i cant! I started reading the book this morning and while it is good information, there are entire words missing and some characters have been altered to make the word sometimes not even recognizable..and it happens several times on one page. also, the captialization and spacing is total off which makes it difficult to read...avoid this one!
