Ron Howard has shot the typical American sports drama in the form of a real political fight. In the blue corner is the showman from England, Playboy and TV showman (if it was a type of name calling), David Frost, who first appears in the heavyweight division. In the red corner is an eminent heavyweight, who was caught with doping (Votergeit scandal), but was given the chance to have another fight - Richard Nixon. As in any typical sports film, underdog Frost misses blow by blow. He first came up against a real heavyweight and the fight is given to him with great difficulty. But, in one of the heavyweight final rounds Nixon relaxes and Frost made an unexpected blow, after which Nixon raining so that we all get even feel sorry for him.
