My system runs on windows xp, mentioning bcoz vista creates some problems at some moments. After downloading and installing and updating, i restarted the pc and applied the patch, it said its valid for 14143 days and then when it itself got updated, the license turned invalid..and later on a popup popped up saying that bitdefender has to close services due to some update error, the tray icon turned grey and unfortunately i had to uninstall. could you help me out of this?

First of all the trial version included in this torrent is for 32 bit systems.Those guys looking for 64 bit systems will have to search for 64 bit trial version file and use this crack. Secondly for those people complaining about product not activated,keep your Bitdefender settings to 'BASIC VIEW' and click on the 'SECURITY PROTECTED' column.Now expand the local security column and unmark the 'THE PRODUCT IS NOT ACTIVATED'. This is how you make it perfect.

If the problem is about Net framework,download 2.5 which is a must and after that you can update to 3. Works with Windows 7 32 bit. Installation file for 32 bit and 64 bit is different.This one is for 32 bit only. Install it as trial version,restart your system and update fully.After that disconnect your internet connection and run the patch as administrator for vista and windows 7.

Let me tell you i have been using this antivirus for the last nine months.It will give you the best protection but sometimes you will find its settings not working.This is the only problem with Bitdefender.This thing happens even in the original version which we buy.I believe they will fix this issue in the 2010 version.Hey let me also remind you of the new Norton 2009 products.They are awesome.Norton is no more the same old fool.But there is no proper crack till now.When i have the ***** i m gonna buy the norton 360v3.0.It is 100% perfect.

48.Type msconfig in your search or run panel and disable whichever programs you don't need to run at start up.Normally it takes a few minutes to fully start up ur computer after installing Bitdefender.But that will not happen after fully resolved or bitdefender starts working on its own.And don't forget to clean up ur pc with a good registry cleaner like Ashampoo system optimizer6 or Systweak advanced system optimizer.Mine takes 25 seconds to start up my pc.

Uninstall your bitdefender.And also you need to uninstall the patch.After that clean up your pc with a registry cleaner like ccleaner.Restart your computer and follow the steps that i wrote before.Forgot to mention that you just use the patch itself to uninstall the Patch.

Forgot to mention,my system is installed with Adobe cs4 master collection,Nero 9,Cyberlink dvd suite 7,Corel draw graphics suite,MS office 2007,Alcoho 120,Power iso,Crysis,Crysis warhead,Call of duty 4 n 5,Stalker 2 etc.And it takes 5 seconds to start up my pc.I use Tune up 2009 and Ashampoo win optimizer 6.Bitdefender and superantispyware for protection.

hmmm.. maybe you have to double check on the system requirements or since you've mentioned that you have reinstalled it 4 times already, I think you have to run a CCcleaner like program and clean registry first before reinstalling again. The software works but it is a little unstable on my computer it crashes from time to time. - Using Windows XP SP2 -

Regarding No 64 problem, i had a similar problem with Microsoft core services update what you need to do is download the update software package from Microsoft, -Install the update -Upon opening may ask you either to run or uninstall the update - click on to uninstall the update -boot your computer -Open the update software again - Click on Run the upate -reboot your computer Should be ok now, i hope this helps

@ Help The Poor: I've been using Bitdefender since 2004 (6 months on a cracked version,since 2005 retail version) and never had any problems with it, bar the fact that its drivers are very sensitive to emergency reboots. When pulling the pug or emergency rebooting your PC, for some reason sometimes BitDefender's drivers won't restart, causing the app's tray-icon to stay grey. On the retail version, you are able to get a fix from the BitDefender website (is sent to you through e-mail). This driver bug is fixed in the latest edition of all 2009 Bitefender retail products...
