Very nice upload, I must say, kudos aram89UP, this will come in handy for those who know how to use it correctly. Although, I will have to warn all the 1337 h4xx0rz out there planning on DLing; This utility ONLY finds WEP's for networks you've SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED TO BEFORE, ones that have ALREADY had the CORRECT KEY entered. This WILL work if you've "found" a computer connected to a network you'd like access to, and have the ability to install it on (Admin Privileges O__O). If you're just sitting outside with your laptop in your PJ's hoping to get free internet access at pay-per-connect cafes or your neighbor's WEP secured 10000 GB/S internet connection, this won't do shit for you. Again, great UL.

Y'see, I let it scan for all the networks near/in my apartment, and found all of them that windows did too, but it's only given me N/A's for all categories except network name and "unencrypted network". If you guys can get it working without previously connecting to a network then hey, makes pentesting my networks that much easier.

This a-hole should be banned from PB. This tool will NOT find any WEP key, even the ones stored on your own machine, but you CANNOT uninstall it after its been installed. Doesn't matter if you try with Windows Install Cleanup or ss-tools; you can't uninstall this shit. Its some fake shit that latches onto your system to collect information. Fuck you, aram89UP!

It did what it is sopose to do and did it well and i had no problem uninstalling it with "add or remove program" in controle panel

This is a dumb software!!! It only finds WEP keys that were stored on a PC that you are currently using!!!! It does NOT find WEP keys for other wireless networks in your area!!

kgb1 did u read the info on the main page it onley says it findes the wep keys on the computer ur using.............. so if u take the program to a company with a wireless network u can get the wep key of the computers and use ur own laptop if u got 1 to get free internet.

Many programs like this will get picked up by anti-virus software, so it might now be that easy, since most companies will have an anti-virus on their computers. It does also come in handy when you forget your key, or are trying to help a not so tech savvy friend figure out theirs.

What in gods name is the point of this??? It's not a password spy (as such), it just scans the hard drive of the PC/Laptop it's being used on!!! Any real 'password spy' would be able to 'hack' a wireless network & retrieve the password from bits of data sent over the net, and there are none to my knowledge (maybe some, but only for mac & the 1's on PC you need to have a masters degree to understand LOL)....

It's not a case of compatability, it's a simple case of whether or not the WEP key is stored on your harddrive & where it's stored. XP, Vista & even 7 will all store information in different places & the software would need to know where to look. It can only be used (to an extent) to access your own WEP key if it has been forgotten, in most cases if you google search your Wireless Router then you can no doubt get information o how to access the device home page (including default username & password) and the security settings will give you all the info you require....

by any chance does any1 know of a program that can actually "spy" on other networks to access their wifi for WinXP(other than aircrack airsniff etc..since is one of those software's that as JRgladman said "you need to have a masters degree to understand LOL&quot
