Maybe because no one is even halfway finished downloading it yet. Still just the one uploader seed. That's how all torrents work. No one becomes a seed until they've finished downloading it. The more people that pile on the initial swarm, the slower it will take until that first swarm gets there. It helps if there are fast re-uploaders. I already have a ratio of more than 12 with more than 8GB uploaded at 50% downloaded.

Yeah, most of SM's new ups moved much faster than this one was going (all of them to my recollection). It had slowed to a crawl for a while there though there has been a seed feeding it each time I had checked. It's much better now that another seed has joined the club. It's sailing right along.

Hi, First time i've posted on here, but just want to comment on the superb quality of these downloads - thank you SecretMyth, your work is much appreciated.(Used to use A**O, but H264 is far superior in my opinion. I do however have a question though for the genius that is "MajorTJKingKong" please: I sometimes convert these films to dvd's using ConvertX2DVD v3.2.9.94, but the end result on the dvd keeps "stretching the aspect ratio horizontally, and removing the black bars, so they all look like "matchstick men"! I have tried different settings in the "Video Resize" settings but still keeps stretching the film. Also I find that I can only get "Good" quality, not "Excellent" (i.e Amber not Green) with any of the 1.4gb files......does this deteriorate the quality when burning to a standard 4.7 blank dvd ?? Sorry MajorTJKingKong for all these questions, but your help would be greatly appreciated.... Kind Regards.... Sean !!!

I'm no genius. Settings > Video Processing > Video Resize Method > Letterbox (Recommended) Settings > DVD Specification >... ... NTSC or PAL depending on where you live. NTSC/PAL Countries List: http://www.anythingleft-handed.co.uk/pal_ntsc.html ... Aspect Ratio > 16:9 Choose 16:9 even if you play back on 4:3 TV unless you actually have a source 4:3 video that you want to play back on a 4:3 TV then remember to change this setting. That may sound complicated but you'll rarely run across 4:3 video anymore and I don't recommend leaving the setting to 'automatic' The 'Good' & 'Excellent' indicator is based mostly on the duration of the video and to a lesser extent on the bitrate. It doesn't take into account, for example, that an H264 will provide better quality at a lower bitrate than an AVI. That's why it's not a very accurate indicator, but it gets you in the ballpark. If your source vid is hi-quality, until you get to 'low' don't sweat it.

@seanjackdan You might also want to make sure that the DVD player, VLC, or etc... isn't the culprit of the stretching. Check the settings of the player. Thanks for the movie.

Hi, can someone please tell me how I can watch this movie on PS3. If I burn it as data dvd it says "unsupported data". This happens with all the secretmyth movies that I download and also when I try to convert these movies with convertXtoDVd the sound goes out of sync. I have a 40" lcd and 1cd rips are not that great to watch on it. Please help. thank you.

sukhz00, That's been the case for many, but not all, Bluray rips, not just by SecretMyth. It's a bit of a mystery why too, at least so far. There's nothing about the videos that shows up in MediaInfo's "Text" "View" ( http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/ ) that is any different than all of SecretMyth's DVDRips which all play just fine. The one thing all the BRRips that won't play have in common is they all will give the same 'bad public movie atom' error if you try to open them in Quicktime, which is a reference to a metadata tag which I suspect is a copyight tag related to Bluray's HDCP. The only way I get them to play is to convert them to DVD format with ConvertXtoDVD which I never have sync problems with. I also don't ever use the computer at all while it is converting videos which is the most common cause for sync issues. Just opening a browser or a new webpage, or especially playing a video, etc, can ruin any encoding with any video software. I batch convert multiple vids with ConvertXtoDVD using BatchXtoDVD while I sleep or am at work and burn the DVD folders later with ImgBurn. I also defrag my HDD regularly and use the most recent version of ConvertX. Another alternative might be to re-encode the video for PS3 with 'PS3 Video 9' http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/ps3video9/ I've not tried it but that was given as a solution that worked in the comments to another popular uploader's BluRay Rip that wouldn't play on PS3.

mtjkk, sorry for all of the questions as of late but i have another for u. lets say that i got a "certain" convert program from a "certain" torrent site and it is pretty old, never been updated and i had to use a ***generator for that program. when i first got it i made sure it didn't update on its own....cause i wasn't sure if it would be safe. is it safe to update that program by using the update function which sends u to there site to update? or should i delete it and get a newer version? bye the way, thanks for all of your help, past and present

brucebatman73 You're right to ask because some programs you have to completely uninstall before installing a newer version. If you are talking about ConvertX and you have a ver 3 already (maybe 2, but I'm not positive about that) you can install a newer ver 3 over top of it and you don't need to re-register it or anything so you can just disregard the cracks/serials/keygens on the newer version. Tust be sure to check after the install that your options are still the same. I had a 'certain' version too for a while and installed several newer versions over top of it until I went ahead and completely uninstalled that 'certain' version so I could buy it a while back. I do that fairly often. I look at it as a full-featured extended trial version. If the software is all that and I use it a lot then I tend to go ahead and buy it. The trials they give you with watermarks and stuff you don't ever get the chance to know if it's something you are going to use very often or not.

Great quality rip, shame about the actual film though. One of the worst films I've seen in years. Makes all those 80s and 90s Arnie action films look like masterpieces. Quite how Marvel can justify making and releasing such badly scripted and acted dross is beyond me.

Anyone know why I cannot watch this on 5.1? Ive tested it with another 5.1 movie which is 4.7 gig and the 5.1 channel works. Don't know why Ive downloaded a couple of SecretMyth's 5.1 rips but all of them are 2 channels only.

How you test your 5.1 channel? I use SRS Lab Audio sandbox, It shows your which channel are receiving audio, you can search for it on mininova.
