You have to join the site. In Azureus, it gives you a Tracker Status error with your IP address and a message to join or login to the site.

Well, another disappointing torrent, that just won't start... I hope that EZTV will do us the honours, by uploading the real deal, soon. Don't waist your time, people, as this is a bogus torrent! I've watched both the red carpet arrivals, and the latest Bill Maher, and it still hasn't started downloading(and yes, I'm registered to Minova, so that is not the issue, here). I guess, I have to be patient... Come on!!!!
