Hi guy, I found something wrong with ROME TOTAL WAR For Roman, after settlement has 24.000 people, we can build last government then will get announcement from MARIAN REFORM and Roman army will change, I have pass last government and found that MARIAN REFORM not appear, Roman army still not change. I install new game from ORIGINAL CD and this result: RTW 1.0 -----> Popup screen Marian Reform appear, army change RTW 1.1 -----> Popup screen Marian Reform appear, army change RTW 1.2 -----> Popup screen Marian Reform NOT APPEAR, army change RTW 1.3, 1.4, 1.5 -----> POP UP SCREEN MARIAN REFORM NOT APPEAR, ARMY NOT CHANGE

If you are not found problem for MARIAN REFORM please tell me, I am not sure enough, maybe something problem with my computer, otherwise anyone found this problem and have solutions, please tell me here. ERROR for Utility: If you don't have any program use file COMDLG32.OCX, some utility will show file error, in my computer this error not happen before because Installshields use COMDLG32.OCX.

mss32.dll : Miles Sound System version 3.0.0.0 that file maybe have some trouble with your system, the new one I have version 6.6.7.0. I playing this game with mss32.dll version 3.0.0.0 working fine. Just remove all previous version and all related file, regisrty then restart computer before install my RTW

For those having trouble, all you do is click on the setup and press next. If you can't do at least that then God know what you're doing on this site or trying to play an RTS. ---------------------------------------------------- Really appreciate the the effort you put into this BAD, thank you and hats off to you. Playing the OG game it it works great so far.

Started downloading. Will seed if the file download is successful and all. Thanks a lot for this. Anyway, I've played RTW without any expansion or patch before. Yep and the Marian Reforms did work. As for with patch, I am not sure. I'll try it though. Anyway, I don't think the Marian Reform is instantly triggered once a city of rome has fufilled the requirement. I occurs anytime after that requirement is fufilled, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I found the AI without patch very unchallenging and changing the difficulty alters the gameplay. I almost get crushing or clear victories every battle. Hope Barbarian Invasion or the patches would solve the dumb AI problem.
