i use the starfall to be able to play any region games and it seems to work for me so maybe try that out

Go to wiihacks.com and read something...everything is explained there. do some research..stop being lazy. you can use any version if you are chipped. just be sure to have updates turned off for foreign. 3.4 will run any games with your chip without any problems (yet). 3.4 has autoupdate they don't have to ask you. that is why 3.2 is more popular...but will not effect you yet...yet. if you don't have a chip you can use the twilight hack like robs suggested. google twilight hack and you will find more than enough info. but seriously...do some research...there is more info on this than anyone could ever read... ...google is you're best friend.
