I've noticed alot of people that have had issues with this game, myself included. Here are the top issues that i've seen as well as any ways to deal with the problem 1. Game Crashes after Cinematic - fix: None known 2. After instalation game asks for registration key - fix: make sure you have correctly copied the crack from the Razor1911 folder that is located on the disc image (file named Conquest.exe copy that over the conquest.exe in your C:/Program Files/EA/Lord of the rings conquest folder) 3. Game sticks at loading screen - fix: not known 4. Invisible walls at helms deep, Mines of moria etc. - fix: Download one of the Crackfix files found here, some do work some do not so you may have to try several before the problem is solved 5. After game is started you are stuck at a black, or other colored screen, you may or not be able to hear sound - Fix: I have seen 2 ways to fix this, try alt-tabing out of the game then going back in, OR, Download new Video drivers.

@ jaron95 the install folder is just the folder where you installed the game. for example: C:\Program Files\The Lord of The Rings Conquest. (Probably won't be this one) You do not have to look for any further folders, just place the crack in the folder where you see the icons etc...
