hey blaze69, this is my first download using torrent it makes me so happy that i completed it but there are some problems says: This application has failed to start because d4dx9_34.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem then... when i try to update directx9... "set up could not download the file. hi blazey.. dude the Project IGI thingy.. it works great in Vista!!!.. yayy,,, i installed Vista ultimate,, @ IGI plays flawlessly! i guess all latest nvidia cards with XP drivers are the culprits.. thanks a lot for all those help u provided earlier..!

I m really ****** off wd this prob.....I downloaded need for speed undercover DIRECT PLAY .......i extracted files to C/:program Files........thn i added registry n made desktop icon.......i already updated directx 9 ........thnn i clicked on desktop icon .......it shows error as ....nfs.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Copied and installed okay; and I have the machine you need for speed However after start-up the game refuses to recognize the mouse The keyboard arrows work after a fashion but without the mouse you can't get to the options/config menu Downsizing the screen resolution to 1024 doesn't resolve the somewhat sloppy graphics clearly visible on the intro text The rest of the vid quality is okay What I am saying is that without the discs for install I am missing some important installation/config options. By the way Blaze, Underground2 works great and I was looking forward to the improved rez. I mailed tech support ... we'll see if I can bluff'em Thanks for the work

@chuch5407 You don't need to install it . Double click the registry file file that came with the torrent. Double click on the Make Desktop Icon that came with the torrent. Double click on the newly created icon on your desktop. If you encounter this message: " this program could not start because d3dx9_34 isnt there, this problem could possible get fix if u install the program agian " Open the ToeD folder, then Direct X, then double click the DXSetup file. Run that and when its finished double click the nfs icon on your desktop. @SpeedTest. If you are using uTorrent, Force Recheck on this torrent to check that you have downloaded it correctly. Otherwise, dl 7Zip off the net and try that out. If for some reason you can't get this going I will be monitoring this page, so feel free to ask for help.

@Lokinhow Did you follow the instructions correctly? I think you forgot to use the registry file included in the torrent. Pretty sure that's the reason you'd get that.
