To deal with the insert disk message, you have to actually burn the image file onto DVD, then insert it when prompted. Reason will then copy the default sound banks into the reason folder.

cool, this is great, but cant get recycle to install. also, anyone having problems with using reason as a slave program to logic? when i try to use it as a rewired program, it says that the engine couldnt start, check if it is installed correctly. any ideas?

i am having the same problem. I have tried burning a dvd and entering it when the program asks, however it just spits it back out after a little while.

For those having problems with the refill rar files, all files in the refill folder should be joined by using a program like HJSplit (free downloadable from http://www.freebyte.com/hjsplit/#win32). After joining the refills can be unpacked from the newly created rar archive.

K , anyone using a mac and ****** at these half informative posts regarding the dvd security::: You do not need to burn the ******* image(after i wasted like 5 dvds) just mount it with something other than disk utility. I used toast titanium. After you copy reason to your apps and start it up, it asks for the dvd. At that point mount it in Toast and the reason setup is happy and immediately loads the banks and stuff. I use a .dmg by the way but don't know if it matters.

well i downloaded this version and figurerd how to install refill and reload i figured too how to open a .dmg file and extract it But i cant find the excute reason 4 setup how do i install reason 4 i did find reason demo in refill files but its only demo Does someone know how to install the reason 4 in windows even its a mac files reason readfile says that it works perfectly on a pc if somebody can help me to install this version in window that would be cool

I can't open some refills... because i don't have the refill packer for the reload. And my computer can't understand which progrm to use to open the other ones. Could you help me please? I can't get it alone
