Had trouble finding the math id. Go to start:programs:wolfram mathmatica: mathematical kernel. Start it. You'll see the mathid.. Plug it in the appropriate box on the keygen. Use the number that starts with L on the first dialogue box. Use the one to the right of it (password) on the second.

Hey everyone, I am not really sure how to use this. When I open up the folder that contains all the files R0x files. Then there is the RAR file. When I unzip the RAR, what do I do? Burn the CUE file to a disk? It did not do anything when I mounted it with Daemon Tools. It asked me to install to hard disk, but when I pressed it it did nothing. Thanks

Thanks, works perfectly! If you are having trouble with the keygen: Open it, there will be a licence somthing like L2725-0281. Paste that in Mathematica and click OK. Copy your mathID. Now go to the keygen, select 'Please insert your MathID' and press backspace (on keyboard) and after that paste the mathID. Then click generate, that should work!

Great to see all this fantastic software being shared. I know that I am probably in no position to request anything, but I'd like to ask if it's possible for anyone to get TI Nspire CAS software and/or Casio Classpad 300 software. Those software are great for college, but it seems like impossible to find it anywhere, I think it would really help the people who study if it were available here.

After three days of futile attemps to get version 7.0 working I tried version 5.0 and found the keygen supplied worked like a dream. I then went back to version 7.0 and tried the same keygen and it worked straight away in XP32 and Windows 7068. I found that with several versions of 'Edge' not only did they not work but they also contained virus's that caused much delay running Spybot to ensure that I was not infected.

Run the keygen in folder EDGE, you will have a license number Lxxxx-xxxx When register, choose individual license, put whatever name and organization, and the license number. In the next step, you will be offered a math id, put that math id into your kengen and you will get a number generated, put that number back to your registration diag and click ok. Enjoy. Downloaded, used daemon to install. BUT i cant find the "EDGE" dir Only came with edgeiso.nfo file, which i opened in notepad. Where do i find the edge dir??

I did it with UltraISO just convert the bin into an ISO file and mount it with UltraISO. NOW, I need to install it. Can anyone report if it works well or is it hacking program or a Trojan involved?? Thanks

I have a problem ..my computer OS runs in spanish...therefore appears this message while I run mathematica $Language::noset: The license configuration for the kernel does not allow $Language to be changed to Spanish. OK, I'm thick, stupid, dumb, whatever. I admit it. Every time I go to register the damn thing, it just accesses the wolfram website and I get stuck there. How do you get up the individual licence dialog or whatever it is you do to get the damn thing registered! Thanks for any answers.

me again. got it. got to: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Mathematica\Licensing make a copy of the 'mathpass' file there - in case this doesn't work. edit the original 'mathpass' file with notepad.exe the first number after your PC name is the mathid, the second is the licence number and the third is the 'bad' password. start the edge/keygen program and use the mathid and licence numbers from the mathpass file to get the correct password. paste this in to the mathpass file over the 'bad' password (including the bits with the ':'s). save the file. start mathematica 7. it should work now.

The EDGE folder is at the root folder level along with the Windows folder from where Math'a is installed. It only has a 91 kb program keygen.exe in it. -------------------------- Q: Would it be possible to get the updates from Wolfram? A: Now what do you think? the first password u r asked for doesn't need the math ID, it's the one in the box in the lower left corner (for example L3635-9811) after pressing Ok the math ID will be given to u and u must put it in the kaygen and generate another password!
