i think that you can save if you make an account in windows live games, ingame when it asks to do so, accept, and make an "OFFLINE" account. i think you can save like that, never completed a mission yet because of the camera problem but never warned me again about not being able to save.

@ afnhe : How do you make an OFFLINE account ? When the game ask me to connect to Live, I put my username and password, but if I click "ok" the game ask the serial and fail... How do you turn the account to "offline" ? it is not MSN :)

@Poulpe32 if it asks you for a password its because you are trying to register on online mode. when i created mine it just asked for an account name and it made the account. it had a button to choose "offline" when i was creating the account.

FIX FOR DRUNKEN CAM: Cam is shaking? Close the game, and restart. Voila, perfectly playable! Next time you start, it'll have the shaky cam again. Just close it and restart, perfectly playable again. Works all the time. --------------- HOW TO SAVE GAMES: Unplug from the internet (literally pull the cable out while you play the game). Make sure to close down RS Social Club before replugging it. When the game starts or tries to autosave, it'll tell you that you must be logged into an account. Accept to log-in/create profile in Windows Live tab (WHITHIN THE GAME) and click on "Create OFFLINE account" Create some fake account, this will only be seen by you on your computer (unless you're stupid enough to try and play online with a cracked game). There ya go, any questions? Oh and "RMN40 error" or whatever is because you probably don't have SP3 (winXP) or SP1 (Vista), both of which are available on Microsoft's site.

FRIEND OF MINE TESTED ON SCHOOL AND IT WORKS. IF IT DOESNT THEN SORRY, NOT TRYING TO FAKE PEOPLE JUST HELP.

The FATAL ERROR is due to your XP service pack. They say you should get SP3 pack to work. As for me installations no problem. The thing is after i activate i cant play because of the SECUROM thing! It says it cant play with emulation tools like alcohol and daemon tools.... heck how could i play? And the intructions a bit hard to understand... "Now LaunchGTAIV.exe changes to smaller size" whats that suppose to mean? like it will change to a smaller FILE size? anyway i just cracked the .dll and stll cant play... any suggestions o-mega? man i found the solution to the wobling camera it was realy simple it goes like this: After u aply the crack go to gta 4 directory right click on the launchGTAIV.exe to bring up proprieties than select compatibilty there select run in windows 2000 mode and the run as administrator option too aply and there u have it nomore bobing wobling damn camera!!! I figured it out on my own that it was just a compatibilty problem No one but me bothered to tell u the truth but there are some long back GTA fams hwo realy deserve to play this No more then a few thankus that i ask an i hope u people will be greatful

Hey ppl, stop relax use this crack: its from GTA.4.CRACK.WORKING-LOBO.torrent i have tried many cracks, and none of them work so i try this one, and it works, and its very simple all of you already passed the release date check, so know just turn offline your internet, and copy this 2 files into the game folder, atencion use only this 2 cracked files, all of the others must be the original. after that just run the LaunchGTAIV.exe, and every time you want to play, run only this file, dont use the games hortcut´s in desktop, just use LaunchGTAIV.exe. i played all night long, and im still playing, so gg for you all.
