What a dumb comment put as a question by "missworld" above: "why does it need a password"? Obviously a troll, who puts a question to confuse you, but doesn't actually tell you anything useful. It did not need a password, dumbo. This place is for writing things that can help the next person, not your personal fantasy page. I had a quick look through the book. The exercises can certainly help your eyes even if they don't make your eyesight "perfect". You will certainly learn to better appreciate the importance of your eyes. Many of these exercises can be found in the older "Bates method" too. Maybe a bit too long, and could be written shorter, but you can skim through some parts and focus on the essentials.

Thanks for the link above, but I am only a week into doing some of these exercises (others definitely seem like new age BS) and I have seen definite improvement already. I'd say you should give it a shot. Use the exercises that work out the muscles that control your eye's lens and ignore the rest. I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but of course eye doctors don't want you to correct your vision naturally. It could potentially put a lot of people out of work.
