Forget my last comment... This is the first episode, just read evrything below... I have read evry book of Terry Goodkind. And with evry book, I mean EVRY book. Both in Swedish and in English. I know the story like the back of my own hand. From the start of the series, to the end. Evrything. But this shit, makes me soooo fucking mad...! Evrything is changed, and I mean evrything. These are just SOME of the changes - 20 MINUTES INTO THE FIRST EPISODE!!! -- Richard thinks that Zedd is a crazy old man, and avoids him. -- Kahlan know from the begining that Zedd is a wizard. -- The woman that Richard thinks that is his mother, wasn´t Zedd´s daughter - she was just a woman that Zedd found in a village... -- Richard hear the word Confessor as he saves her from the four men - but one man survies and makes evry guard in Hartland to search for Richard for killing the mans four soldiers... -- Richard was not taught The Book of Counted Shadows from birth - Kahlan brought it with him... -- Richards father dies IN the episode, not before... So you see, this abomination of the greatest book ever written, should never be made in this way... Spare you the hours of downloading this SHIT, and download the books instead... That´s my tip for all of you...

Oh, I forgot the MOST important thing of all!!! -- In this show, the boundary has stood for hundreds of years, not for only twenty years, as Zedd says in the books... And I have to add one thing. You can clearly see that this show is of shitty American-type - EVRY WOMAN JUST HAVE TO SHOW CLEAVAGE IN EVRY SHOT!!! It´s just like in Baywatch, evry woman picked for this has to have big breasts, and ready to bend forward to be shot with a videocamera from the front... Shitty American bastards...!

I just watched "The Legend of the Seeker"; Almost cried... I wish i'd've known it was coming out in time to watch it all on tv! I'm almost caught up though... Episode three is on at 3:pm! Great portrayal of the book... Sent chills up my spine, and the Gars are wicked!

i agree with stonewise this show dose not follow the books at all . ive read all m11 books and this is probably the worst thing that terry goodkind could have don to his works. the carecter playing zed is not even close, and as for kalhlan not quite what i would have pictured. as fro the acting it leaves something to be desired. i am down loading this only because i did not see the first epasode and am curious about it. the 3ed 4th and 5th i have seen. they are not even close to the book.

@ booger114 booger114, I think that you got it wrong... I think that stonewise liked it... I think so, but I´m not sure... And btw, you´re right -- when I read about Zedd, I see a short, fat man with long white hair... The guy on the show isn´t anywhere NEAR the charecter that Goodkind describes in his books...
