First let me say that skullptura is THE GOD of torrents - his games ALWAYS work PERFECTLY EVERYTIME. He is the KING of game torrents! I am not the dumbest or the smartest user here. I installed this game, as usual with Skullptura, everything worked PERFECTLY! I messed up when the game starts for the first time it has flags that you click for your choice of language and I was doing something else on my desktop and when I clicked back onto the game load screen, dumb ass that I am I clicked the middle of the screen and choose the WRONG LANGUAGE! I figured if I ran the delete from registry file and then the folder then re-extract and install the game I would get to choose English, but it is still loading in "dutch" maybe? What can I do to change it to English?

Why is it that when I run Dead Space it shows a black screen and then minimizes and tells me an error: and to send error report or debug etc..etc... whats the problem? anyone knows how to fix this? help will be appreciated thanks!

Works great no problems ; anyone with an 8800 series video card and dual core should be capable of playing this at max graphics very great code to performance ratio this game is as scary as doom 3 but without the anoying Dark all the time either you can have flashlight or gun shit. plus with the saving modes makes it even funner , you will be waiting tell the next save point to take a break and slow down your heart beat :P fun as hell

Sounds like your pc needs a video card update or drivers most likely drivers have you even sucessfully play other games like this ? like crysis etc... maybe you realy got a old computer i don't think many people have any problems with this release it truly works as good or better then store retail ver

Frank just because you play fall out 3 and far cry 2 doesn't mean you can play this game ;each game has different video card compatibilities and for games like Deadspace or Lost planet they don't support many video cards because these games are taken strictly from 360 code which was the primary code hint the dumb console style and slow movements , in Lost Planet i can't even play that on x64 i got to go to my split partition 32bit but that's mainly (new) steam's fault ; then again you can try installing if one of the thousands of files didn't install on this bitch it could make a bug

If you get the error "Setup failed, delete game etc." You are trying to extract it right where it is. You have to extract it to either program files or wherever you keep your data THEN run setup. Have fun.

For some reason I can't save the game. This has happened with out skullptura rips as well (not all) but is there something I need to do to enable saves??

Absolutely no problems running this. Skullptura is a pro. All of his rips have worked perfectly for me. If you have problems you are either a noob and don't know what a batch file is or you screwed up the install by messing with the folders. This is THREE STEPS to install, if you can't do it right then don't bother cause you suck. Thanks Skullptura for another PRO rip!

I'm new to Vista, and haven't completely familiarized myself with the entire OS, why is it necessary to turn of UAC before installing the game?

I don't think it's necessary, but UAC isn't really useful. You can easily disable it by going to msconfig (start - search) - Tools - select Disable UAC and press Launch. Reboot and that's it.
