Comments:
Source: TV File Info: Video: MPEG-2 video , 720x480, 29.97 fps, VBR (Constant quality), Maximum 6124 Kb/s Audio: Dolby Digital, 48000 Hz, Stereo, 256 kbps "Brass in Pocket" is a single by The Pretenders. It was written by Chrissie Hynde and James Honeyman-Scott, and produced by Chris Thomas. The band's third single, it proved to be their breakthrough hit, reaching No.1 on the UK Singles Chart for two weeks in January 1980, No. 1 in Australia in May 1980 and peaking at #14 on the Billboard Hot 100 pop singles chart in the United States. The song takes its title from an expression Hynde heard from a member of a Yorkshire-based support band who was looking for his money. In an interview with The Observer in 2004, Hynde revealed that she was initially reluctant to have the song released: "When we recorded the song I wasn't very happy with it and told my producer that he could release it over my dead body, but they eventually persuaded me. So I remember feeling a bit sheepish when it went to number one." My Videos: http://thepiratebay.org/user/2nafish/
