Confused by his new and outdated surroundings, Sam frantically tries to return to the present, without success. Frightened and alone, Sam must quickly come to turns with what has happened by doing the one thing he knows best - his job. Time after time, returning back to the present eludes Sam. He is trapped in a time warp and something beyond his control is keeping him there. The murderer began his killing spree in 1973 and the police force of the time need his help to solve this and other crimes. Will Sam catch the killer?
