I burned one of the albums and i'm having problems getting the songs to play on my car's cd player, does anyone knows why? I thought it was because of the FLAC format (not very familiar with this FLAC thing)

If you want MP3, go somewhere else. This torrent is for those who want 1:1 copies of the original disc. The intent is multipurpose: You can re-encode to your favorite lossy codec for personal use, or just store the FLAC files somewhere for archival quality of your favorite band. Either way, there are many, many, many MP3 copies of Dream Theater out there, so if you don't want FLAC, the best I can offer is "Too bad."

In a few months, I'll be posting an update to this torrent which will expand the total library of Dream Theater FLAC to about 16GB. All of the studio albums have been re-ripped keeping proper offset adjustments in mind, and everything will be complete with a log file, and all of the studio albums complete with a verified Accurate Rip log file. I'll probably try to push it out around January. It will also include all of the Fan Club CDs, as well as the raw AC3 tracks from the two current Fan Club DVDs, and will include all of the current YTSE JAM releases. Thanks to everyone who has kept this torrent going, and please go out there and support Dream Theater- They're great in concert :D

CrimsonKing94: eg.: FLAC->ALAC->iTunes. Seeing as it's lossless, you can encode it to whatever other lossless format, no quality is lost. Burn it to cd, or if you need a media collection, use iTunes, WMPlayer, WinAMP, etc. for wmp use wma lossless, alac for itunes, etc... Thanks for this great torrent!
