Download 7zip and extract. For some reason, my AL Zip can't open this file, so I had to download 7zip.

Yeah what do we use to extract? i assumed 7zip of course based on the .7z in the file name, but it keeps telling me incorrect command line when i try it, any help is much appreciated

Not to worry... I fixed it. For some strange reason, in the mugen.cfg file, the "resolution-double filter" was set to 4, but there's only 0, 1, 2 and 3 to choose from, so it was obviously confusing it. Hope this helps for anyone else that gets the same problem!
