Hi, I have a problem to install this game. (sorry for my english I'm French) So, when I "clik" on "install" the game crash and I have a failure message : "this application can't start because stlport.5.0.dll is not found. The reinstalment of this application can correct this problem. I have downloading The Guild 2 & his add-on but there is always the same problem. Please can you help me ? Thank you very mutch.

Game installs just fine, mount the .mdf file instead of .mds. The mds file probably works just fine I just got impatient waiting for the UAC to hit for authorization. It took like 2 minutes before the UAC would authorize even using the .mdf file. The included patch and cracks DO work.

hey guys... i have just downloaded this game... probably i have installed it with daemon tools.... after i go into the game it closes in just 10 min... since it is unstable.. i decided to patch it up but when i downloaded the patch v1.2 and v1.3 and tried it it said the following: 1)E:\The guild 2\input.ini unknown file version 2)E:\The guild 2\action.dbt unknown file version and the patch did not install properly... i need your help guys to solve this problem.....

Just to update. Using Daemon tools (V4.08) and procyon.exe (securom loader version 7.26) will allow the game to work on version 1.2 Notes: Download and install latest Daemon Tools V4.08 http://www.daemon-tools.cc Download and unRAR SecuROM Loader V7.26 (2 files, an .nfo and procyon.exe) http://www.mininova.org/tor/430308 Extra Note: Do not use the crack provided with this torrent, it does not work. Instructions: 1. Set Emulation in DTools to All options ON (makes the DTools logo green) 2. Mount the .mds file from this torrent into DTools 3. Install game 4. Install the 1.2 patch from this torrent (I used UK version) 5. Copy procyon.exe into the game directory (same location as GuildII.exe) 6. Double click procyon.exe and select GuildII.exe 7. Play and enjoy the 1.2 version of this great game.

1cmanny1: Make sure you've mounted the .mds image. I had the same problem, but had the wrong image mounted.

Seriously... how can i install this? i am pretty experienced with this stuff but, i followed all of the instructions and now when i attempt to install the game, the launcher just freezes. help me out with this one

Ok, what mehmeh should work BUT, how did you stop it saying, please insert the original disc? To make it stop it saying that we need the crack! the prcyion thing didnt work!
