I downloaded the game and started to run it. It says: no TnL detected on your display adapter, do you wish to continue? What's TnL? I've already tried looking on the forums but no one posts anything. Hi the last weirdo,just to let you know,TnL refers to transform and lighting which is a system of graphics processing built into most graphics cards within the past ten years,I can only assume you have an very old graphics card,There is no solution other than to get a new graphics card,Google the game system requirements to find out which card you need,shouldnt cost too much,Although if your graphics card is that old your whole system maybe be inadequate to play this game,Regards

k i installed the game, and downloaded what Red718 downloaded. hw do i extract the exe Red718 used to get my game to start?? i know he said just download it into the game data, but i did do that and i tried opening it, but it just said "application failed b/c binkw32 wasn't found" if anyone knows hw to get this to work plz help

You mounst the ISO with Daoemon tools. Then use this program to HIDE the emulation: SR7.Stop_1.0.exe (its free search around the net for it) Then to play only you open a notepad document and paste the following code into it. to play solo you can add the number of bots by changing /bots 0 to /bots 10 or something also if you want to play on a LAN server just add /lan anywhere in the commands with space before and after /lan its a listen server the way they are set up but theres tons of documentation on how to change all that. I was in the beta and that's how we had to do it the whole time in beta. I have tested and this method works for the full version also.

after re-reading my posts I need to add you might want to change the /netregion NA to your country. I think /netregion NA means North America but I am not sure if that affects who can join. It might just tell where your server originals...

sorry for the double post, i have tried creating the bat file like scripp suggested, but everyitime i created one, it opens BFII, and i can see the map is loading, but then it crashes to the desktop with no error message. Please help

Ummmm it says "CD Key is not authorized for this game" When I try to play multiplayer over the internet, but on LAN it works just fine Sometimes it loads properly on certain servers buuuut then it says "Disconnected from Host" Does anyone have any solutions to this? If so PLEASE I BEG YOU to answer

Try to do this, it works for me: 1. mount the image with daemon or power iso, and install the game. 2. crack the game with battlefrontII.exe (14,3 MB). 3. install Curerom (http://www.cdmediaworld.com/cgi-bin/dl.cgi?f=CureROM_2033_Setup!rar) and run it. 4. In curerom do this: a. create a new curerom profile the press next. b. in application select battlefrontII.exe in gamedata file in your pc and activate Run application on a single CPU and Force application compatibility in windows 2000 mode then press next. c.press next again. d. press next again to create a shotcut. e. finally press save. 5. it will create a shortcut and double click on it. 6. enjoy. let me know if works for you.

Red718 you are right on the money. Kudos to you sir, that fixed my problem in seconds flat. Thank you so much, I had re installed twice and still had problems. Its people like you that make MiniNova my favorite Bit torrent site. For you all this link takes you to a file that replaces your BattlefrontII.exe file so rename it first before you put this in the folder in case you want to go back. I did everything that you said to do, even downloaded the no-dvd fixed.exe and it didn't work for me. I had no problem with the installation, the only problem I have is when I start the game, start a new game and after that it shuts down. With no some kind of a warning it just shuts down. dude i don't get this aye. i know how to install these types of games easily with the whole mounting thing but this time it doesn't work. i've downloaded the game 3 times and still nothing. i downloaded the first one last night and when i mounted the files it said 'No DVD detected. The Launcher will now close' so i can't install it. Then i downloaded it again and when it finished there was only one file in it, i thourght this to be strange seeming how the first one had two files and a doc and when i tried to mount this one file it didn't work. Does anyone please no how to fix this? respond ASAP please. PLEASE!! lol

got game. extracted. mounted using PowerIso. Installed. Used http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl.php?file=StarWarsBattlefront2v1.0NoDVDFixedexeEng.rar to apply over the data icon. Played. Zero problems in the past week. Seeded double what I got so far, its a good torrent so gonna keep on seeding. Have fun.

ok nevermind i figured it out. and for those of you that have the same problem. Just go to http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl.php?file=StarWarsBattlefront2v1.0NoDVDFixedexeEng.rar download that and extract it to the game data directory and it should work.
