I too have got this game running, but without a crack . Here's what I did. I used Winrar to unzip the file then deleted Secdrv(it's the only file with 35kb in size) then just install it by running the setup utility and after you fix your settings click play and it will work. I'm using it without the patch on XP.

I've installed it successfully now. The patch comes with the program. This is an official patch. You apply that after yo've installed the program. But to play this without the CD you might need to go to gamecopyworld.com and search for the: "Duke Nukem: MP v1.01 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE/DLL" crack to play the game. Otherwise you will get a message asking to insert the CD when you play it patched. Apply this crack after installing (read the instructions that comes with it) and it should run without the "insert cd" message. 1. install game. 2. install patch. (comes with the game and upgrades it to the latest version) 3. install crack. (go to gamecopyworld to find it - choose the latest one "Duke Nukem: MP v1.01 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE/DLL&quot This is a god game! It's been so long since I used my controller for anything other than emulators.
