i tried converting the rar. files into an iso. file, then tried playing it with epsxe and the usual black square came up but everything froze, any suggestions for this problem? i'd really appreciate it =D

Resident Evil 1 & 3 seem to work fine, but Resident Evil 2 freezes a lot at odd places (camera changes and going through doors) and sometimes going through a door will result in the screen staying black forcing a restart of the game. I don't know if this is happening with anyone else or maybe it's just me.

Im using ePSXe and when I load these everything works fine except the gamespeed is going at like 2x and I have no idea how to slow it down. Any suggestions?

Okay I got the speed to work thats due to me having a dual core proccessor. Now Im at a point where I was able to play the game but after I saved and restarted my game it goes past the intro movie and all I get is a black screen...Any ideas?

OK if you run resident evil 3 on your epsxe 1.7 after intro you will get a black screen nothing on it but i have a resolution you must run this game not with epsxe 1.7 but with epsxe 1.6 will run game perfect. I have used my bios and plugins from epsxe 1.7 and it worked fine in epsxe 1.6 to.

I burned it on a cd-r at 4x and when I start it on my ps2 the movies have no sound and the game menu are weird. Thanks a lot you unholy whore! Why in the fuck cant you just rip the game properly so we can enjoy it. IT IS NOT THAT FUCKING HARD, IS IT??! Please send me a fucking answer of you got the time.

Great games for sure. Why need to play on a console? Hook computer up to TV and use ePSXe. Gets same results with more flexibility. Nearly all newer TV's have an s-video in, and more so now they have PC inputs.

I'm able to load all four disc images in ePSXe, but I'd rather play on my (modded) PS2. I was able to burn and play the first one successfully using CloneCD, but I can't get any of the others to work. I've been able to burn and play other PSX and PS2 games. This is the first set that I've had any trouble with. How do I burn these and play them on a modded PS2? Thank you. -- -- Ghodmode
