I downloaded this and used the registration code for it but the next day the program was saying it was unregistered. I tried using the code again but got a pop-up saying "invaild registration info". Now I only get half of an audio file.

Re-deaths_handmaiden Now ununstall the app then re-install-click help on the app put in any user name and the reg number-click ok .Close the app and re-start your pc. Strange how this great software works for others,I've never had any problems with it.

re-deaths_handmaiden it's easiest to just copy and paste registration, it is necessary to have the letters in caps. i received the same prob but was able to fix in this manner. B-ri

sorry man, but the reg key has become invalid after ripping a few dvd's. Never mind tho, I will try to reinstall it, but if it don't work then, I'll have to look for a key gen. ty anyway.

It may be that some people try and update it after they download it, which it ask if you want to update after you put the reg code in it. If so that may be why it know longer works.

That is the problem with pirated programs, you can't update them or the serials get bad, but you will need to update to be able to break the protection on newer DvDs. Still, I will use this as long as I can without updating. Thanks Marty!
