Awesome. I recorded this but I missed the last 4 miles just as it was shaping up to be an epic. Really looking forward to seeing the last bit. Also, thanks a lot for splitting it into 3 parts!

He'll be racing on August 19 (start 17:30 local time) at the Loashan Velodrome in the two-men 50 kilometer Madison Competition. (Venue: http://en.beijing2008.cn/venues/lsv/index.shtml) Cavendish will team-up with Bradley Wiggins, the reigning Olympic and World Champion in individual pursuit. Wiggins also holds the world title and world-record in team pursuit. There will be a total of 18 cycling events (7 women and 11 men) at the games this year including 2 BMX events added for the first time. Notables, George Hincapie, (Columbia) & Christian Vande Velde (Garmin-Chipotle) from Le Tour de France as well as Levi Leipheimer round out a strong US presence in Beijing.

Well, I do believe you have proven once again, that you can copy and paste, although following directions is not one of your strong points. Now before you try dumping on me again, I do realize that you didn't actually spoil it by giving up the stage results this time, but could you please just keep the comments to A/V quality or thanking the uploader. I know big-brained people like you have a wealth of knowledge that you feel obligated to share with the rest of the world, but save it for forums where people want to hear/read the info. When I come to the comments section of torrent sites I want to find out if the torrent is any good. I download the torrent to watch it...that includes the finer details such as Cavendish leaving the race. I DO NOT want to find out from an ego-maniac like you.

Listen bucko, I actually, went to my courses in school instead of lounging around in the lunch room. I don't have to copy and paste because I am able to compose sentences. Moreover, if you don't have anything good to say and just need to complain like a sickly gossiping granny, take your own advice and "ferme votre bouche." The best to you and try to lighten up. You do not always have to gripe, nit pick and grapple at everything. Cheer up mate! Naulterego indeed. FYI, Cavendish left the Tour after stage 14, we're "currently" on stage 15.

Throllist - I would like to echo some of the comments of others in that I would rather watch the stages to find out what happens. Please refrain from giving us a synopsis of the stage here. I'm sure you can find other blogs to post that information where people would welcome it. At this point I have no choice but to ignore all your posts which is unfortunate because I may miss something important.

Tell me, what kind of response do you expect to have when you post information about the race in a forum where most people haven't seen the stage yet? I don't really believe one word of your drivel. Surely there are ten million chat rooms where you can go and talk about the greatest road race in the world and actually have a good discussion. To come and do it in a forum of people who are looking to download the race (and many are behind in the race coverage) is doing it solely for the attention and to intentionally annoy people. You're like the 6 year-old child who after getting scolded for poking his little brother puts his hand millimeters from his brother's face so he can claim "I'm not touching him!" but still achieves the same annoying effect. Grow up Throllist!

My final response to the cry babies is simply to reassert that I will not divulge race results. If you don't like discussions about the race, just scroll! But I will continue to post my thoughts on the race (besides revealing results of the current file) and ancillary topics surrounding the race.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. But I did learn something I wanted to know thsnks to stealthrnr. I wasn't aware I could hit "ignore." How beautiful is that? Thanks once again to gpateire...I spend all day at work knowing that when I arrive home I can put my feet up, drink a couple beers and just relax while I watch yesterdays stage...and for that I am grateful.
