Reason for the proper: Standalone DivX DVD players may get badly out of sync after 25 minutes. Supposedly plays fine with VLC.

Sorry Jack, but actually, that's not the reason for the proper. The NFO doesn't state its for "standalone players". The NFO doesnt even state a reason at all! Regardless of whether it's a standalone player or PC based, there was a problem with the encoding at around the 25 min mark. End of story. It has nothing to do with standalone players. There was an A/V glitch in encoding, 1Mb of the file was fixed so the whole rip didn't have to be recoded.

austrALIEN, Jack_Meoff's comments are clearly based on those found on EZTV, where others have discussed the reason for the proper, and he was nice enough to share that information with those of us who may not be visitors of that website. That said, it is unfair to accuse him of making things up, regardless of whether he is right. It is especially odd to see you make this accusation given that you yourself have participated in that discussion and must have read the comments about standalone players--no offense.
