As mentioned in general information, play it with VLC player and it will fix the problem in the file. VLC is one of the best if not THE best video player out there so dont be afraid of spyware or something like that: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

(XBOX Media Center) is the best video player. but not everyone has a modded xbox. it played episode 10 fine for me. VLC player is also good for watching on your pc as mentioned above, so use that.

What's the overall quality like? I got the 8.8gb season 1 which was perfect and was looking for a DVD-rip.

Really bad quality, not quite you tube bad but not that far off. Much worse quality than the smaller rip of the first series by the same group? Episode 10 is corrupt but fixable. Unfortunately no alternative torrents available so stick with this one because the show is amazing. Btw I don't know w-t-f nlx253 is on but xbox media center is a terrible video player. Please don't be fooled by people who have no idea what they are talking about. Basically the xbox is too slow to play hd content in full resolution or anything encoded with a decent new codec. Stick with VLC or media player classic/CCCP on a PC people.

Its true, episode 10 is corrupted. Every other file worked fine until episode 10...now I find myself scrambling to find a replacement...

love The Wire...u can play ep 10 on divx player like i did...but i wanna no how to turn it to a file i can burn onto dvd...wen i use nero n try to burn onto dvd it says it corrupted...can sum1 tell me how to fix this problem...

VLC didn't play it either here, even after fixing. I don't like VLC anyway, it has good features but the UI is ****. Divfix (first hit on google) does the trick though! Open the avi in it and click 'rebuild index'. After a few minutes you have a perfect avi.
