There are the obligatory commercials, some now banned from TV forever, but there are a couple documentaries that are really worth the time to watch. I had to make the file sizes a little larger for better resolution, as the scenery is so gorgeous it had to be accomodated. Ok, &quot;Drive 66&quot; is pure propaganda. They want you to buy the maps, blah blah blah. Look past that and see the scenery of this beautiful country.<br /> <br /> If these documentaries don't make you want to get up and go ride, nothing will. I know gas is very expensive now, but find a spot of Route 66 near where you live, and go ride. If you haven't a bike, borrow one, you can ask permission when you get back. If Route 66 is not where you live or if you are on this side of the Mason-Dixon line, go find the Lincoln Highway. Yes, I mean US Route 30 - look for the green historic highway markers (green = Route 30, brown = Route 66). You won't regret the time spent.
